Support is on discord.gg/shapeshift they would need more detail. whats the error, do you have eth on OP for gas? what wallet/browser/OS ? when you open a ticket, add screenshot(s) any txid's , your address. all that helps make it faster. Their hours are Monday - Friday 9am MT - 5 PM MT however, sometimes they will answer out of hours too.
